The Logistics & Warehouse Executive will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and logistics functions. This role ensures the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining operational excellence, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The Challenges
  • Plan, organize, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Implement and maintain proper storage practices to ensure efficient use of space and prevent damage to goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic reconciliations.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of inventory transactions.
  • Monitor stock levels and perform regular cycle counts and audits.
What It Takes
  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations, warehouse safety standards, and compliance requirements.
