Job description

The Logistics Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all site logistics activities to support the construction of a hyperscale data center. This role ensures the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and personnel across a large-scale, fast-paced project environment. The supervisor will work closely with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain seamless operations and mitigate risks related to supply chain and site logistics.

Material Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely receipt and distribution of construction materials and equipment.

Site Traffic Management: Develop and enforce traffic flow plans for heavy vehicles, cranes, and personnel within the site.

Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of materials, tools, and equipment; implement tracking systems to prevent loss or delays.

Supplier & Contractor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to align delivery schedules with project milestones.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure logistics operations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

Team Leadership: Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel; provide training and performance oversight.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in supply chain and site logistics to avoid project delays.

Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on logistics performance, delivery status, and inventory levels for project leadership.
