Job description

1. Purchasing Executives (2 positions)

• Source and purchase steel and construction materials based on project requirements
• Maintain and manage supplier relationships
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies

2. Logistic Executive (1 position)

• Manage import shipments of steel and construction materials from China.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including customs documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
• Monitor inventory movements and assist in stock control
• Support efficient warehouse and transport processes

Requirements – Purchasing Executives

• Minimum 1–3 years of purchasing experience, open to any industry background.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Able to speak and read in Chinese (supplier communication from China)

Requirements – Logistic Executive

• Minimum 1–3 years of logistics experience.
• Experience with import shipments and customs documentation
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Able to speak and read in Chinese (Material import from China)
