Job summary

A leading logistics technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in improving the quality and efficiency of allocation operations. This role involves data collection and analysis, alongside developing various standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ideal candidates should have a diploma or higher and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred for effective communication with clients. This position requires working 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in corporate logistics or third-party logistics preferred.
• Experience in large-scale warehousing or dispatch is an advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking ability preferred for communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation support manager in improving the efficiency of allocation operations.
• Collect and analyze data for effective business operation improvements.
• Develop various SOP processes for allocation.

Mandarin speaker is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to work 6 days (Monday - Saturday 9 AM - 5.30 PM)
