A leading global manufacturing firm in Penang, Malaysia, is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead logistics services for its IMAC business. This role requires proven skills in managing logistics operations, coaching teams, and formulating logistics strategies. Candidates should have 7-10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a dynamic environment with multiple projects and leadership opportunities, requiring a strategic mindset to meet business goals.
This position is responsible for managing and ensuring that all logistics services and capabilities needed to support Jabil’s IMAC BU /Program operations and Customer/Stakeholders requirements are fully effective. This position is a member of the regional logistics team and participates in formulating global and regional IMAC logistics strategy. Success in this position requires strong deep and broad experience/knowledge/ expertise in logistics/WH/Hubing scope of work and activities; team management, managing multiple projects simultaneously, implementing and driving change, detail orientation, strong analytical skills, market knowledge, customer focus and sound judgment. The person in this position must also have strong team leadership, facilitation and communication skills and an ability to work in a matrix organization.
