Reporting into Supply Chain Director, we are searching for a team member to join us as Logistics Manager.

As the Logistics Manager, you optimize and sustain logistics processes, systems, and controls to ensure reliability, visibility, and efficiency. You drive continuous improvement by solving transportation and distribution challenges, reducing cost-to-serve, waste, and damage, improving on time in full (OTIF) delivery and network throughput, and aligning production, procurement, sales, and warehouse operations with Knauf’s standards.
What you will be doing
As a Logistics Manager, your key daily duties will be:
Safety & Compliance: Implement and ensure full compliance with Knauf HSE protocols and requirements.
Operations Management: Manage all aspects of logistics, warehousing, inventory, transport, and distribution.
Inventory & Warehouse Management: Monitor stock, analyze demand, optimize storage, and maintain product quality.
Transportation & Distribution: Design the logistics model, plan routes, and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
Supplier & Client Relations: Liaise with internal stakeholders, local authorities, vendors, and customers; resolve issues and negotiate contracts.
Budget & Performance: Review budgets, analyze data to identify improvements, and report to management.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate logistics teams.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse and inventory management, or a related field.
Proven management and/or project management experience.
Proficiency with ERP software (e.g., SAP) and strong computer literacy, especially as an MS Excel power user.
Experience working in a matrix environment.
