The role involves overseeing new station development, managing operational planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving KPIs. Candidates must possess at least a diploma, be fluent in Mandarin to communicate with HQ in China, and have strong independent work and public relations skills. The position requires a commitment of 5.5 working days weekly.

Job Scopes 职位描述:

• Responsible for cooperation network station management;
• Responsible for new station development & existing station improvement
• Responsible for station normally work management include operational planning, training supervision, promotion and guidance of large projects, assessment and elimination, etc.
• Responsible for control the station operation status, regularly diagnose the station operation status and provide improvement measures and solve the abnormalities in the implementation process in a timely
• Responsible for station standardization construction, policy promotion, cost control, etc.
• Resposible for station customer satisfaction, make sure stations achieve KPI.
• 监督完成总部下达的各项目标，如：销售、招商、质量管控
• 区域内加盟商日常运营管理，包括操作SOP、质量提升、成本管控
• 网络件量提升，包括总部政策落实、市场开发
• 网络其他日常事务的跟进，包括招商、加盟商新开&关停等
• 总部下发的其他项目类跟进

Requirements 任职要求:

• Diploma and above in any field
• Fluent in Mandarin as the role require to communicate with HQ China
• Strong independent work ability and public relations ability; Strong data analysis logic ability;
• Able to work 5.5 days (Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00; Saturday, 09:00 - 14:00)
