Job summary

A leading aquaculture firm in Port Klang is seeking an Executive in Logistics/Warehouse to manage daily operations, monitor vehicle maintenance, and control inventory. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma and 1 year of experience in warehouse management, with proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. Immediate availability is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics management.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and allocate lorry driver workload & fulfilment.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and inspection tasks.
• Manage daily warehouse activities and inventory control.
• Coordinate daily operational functions.

Job description

Preferably Executive specialized in Logistics/Warehouse.

Able to assign and allocate lorry driver workload & fulfilment.

Monitor vehicle maintenance and inspection task.

To assist in managing warehouse daily activities and especially in inventory control.

Keep and record stock movement accuracy.

To coordinate daily operational functions.

Coordinate the job with driver and with processing staff.

Reporting the stock control and make sure whole process in order.

Able to handle ad-hoc task as required by Superior time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma or equivalent in related field.

Possess at least 1 year of relevant working experience in warehouse and logistics management (preferably in seafood industries).

Understand basic computer skill (eg. Microsoft Office).

Ability to converse in English, Malay & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
