Job description

You will report directly to the Accounts Manager and work closely with the directors and other departments.

Job Responsibilities

Accounts Receivables

  • Manage basic accounting duties like issuing Official Receipts, Monthly Sales Reports, Debtor Aging, Debtors Statements and other related reports.
Logistics
  • Manage daily logistics arrangements including issuing Delivery Orders and Invoices, collecting customer drums or tanks, replying logistics-related emails and coordinating product returns as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales team and customers for logistics arrangements.
  • Ensure proper inventory control in Autocount through stock reconciliation and stock adjustment.
  • Prepare Quotations or Price Revised for customers and update the product price files for the Sales team accordingly.
  • Escalate customer complaints to the related Sales personnel as needed.
Shipping (Exports)
  • Manage all export shipments (road and sea) to overseas customers.
  • Prepare and liaise with forwarders on export shipping documents in addition to checking all billing invoices from forwarders.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales team and overseas customers, and ensure all shipments are recorded timely and accurately.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Able to converse and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Autocount and familiarity with export and shipping environment is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Those with at least 1 year working experience will have an added advantage.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Bukit Angkat, Kajang.
  • Must be meticulous, responsible and a team player.
  • Willing to learn new skills and technology.
  • Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Remuneration package will commensurate with qualification and working experience
