Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our team in a cross border logistics company. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate customs declarations, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, and facilitating the smooth movement of goods across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit declarations for import and export shipments.

Ensure compliance with local and international customs laws, regulations, and procedures.

Communicate with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies as needed.

Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness for customs clearance.

Monitor and resolve any customs-related issues or delays to ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and industry best practices.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to obtain necessary documentation for customs clearance.

Keep accurate records of all customs-related transactions and documentation.

Other basic administrative matters, eg: creation of Delivery Orders, Invoicing.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, or a similar field is preferred.

Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.

Familiarity with customs declaration software and tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A certification in customs clearance or related field is a plus.
