Job summary

A professional services organization in Klang City is seeking a Delivery Coordinator. In this role, you will handle purchase orders, manage delivery schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Handle PO received via email/ phone and proceed delivery arrangement.
  • Ensure all orders processing are handled efficiently to satisfy customers' requirements.
  • Checking on stock availability and coordinating with production planner.
  • Pre-planning delivery schedule for customers' orders.
  • Schedule and coordinate goods delivery with drivers and vendors.
  • Prepare Daily Delivery order and coordinate with warehouse.
  • Manage and monitor credit control for all customers.
  • Communicate and email all relevant documents to customers.
  • Monitor and keep track on goods delivery as per schedule.
  • Handle billing invoices from external vendors.

Job description
  • Handle PO received via email/ phone and proceed delivery arrangement.
  • To ensure all orders processing are handled efficiently and effectively to satisfy all customers requirement.
  • Checking on stock availability and co-ordinate closely with production planner on new and existing orders delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Pre-planning delivery schedule for customers order and prepare weekly delivery report.
  • Schedule and coordinate goods delivery with lorry driver and external vendor to ensure the delivery date meet with customer requirement.
  • Prepare Daily Delivery order and co-ordinator with warehouse for preparation of goods.
  • Manage and monitor credit control for all customers and ensure sales team are alert on the payment status to get approval from Management. Ensure accurate approval been acquired as per Credit approval before conducting order release.
  • Communicate and email all relevant documents in advance to the customers when delivery is arranged.
  • Monitor and keep track on goods delivery as per schedule.
  • Handle billing invoice from external vendor, checking before approval and submit for account purpose.
Qualifications
  • Min Degree or higher, or equivalent qualification is required.
  • The position is a 6-month contract role. ( Consider to convert to permanent after 6 month review.)
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Computer Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is an advantage.
