A logistics company in Klang City is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage end-to-end operations. The company provides a wide range of total logistics services in Malaysia, including freight forwarding, customs declarations, clearance, transportation, warehousing and distribution, removal and packaging, special project cargo handling, and trading services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation and shipment tracking.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and update relevant reports.
• Support the team in daily logistics planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in total logistics roles with exposure in end-to-end import and export operations.
• SPM, Diploma, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
• Willing to work at Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
