Job description
1. Logistic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate material receiving, storage, and issuance to production lines.
  • Monitor material availability and support production requirements.
  • Prepare and update inventory records, delivery notes, and logistics documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production, and procurement teams on material flow.
  • Perform basic inventory checks and assist with stock counts.
  • Support loading, unloading, and internal material transfers.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
  • Report material shortages, discrepancies, or delays promptly.
  • Follow safety, quality, and company procedures at all times.
2. Administrative Officer / Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain records, files, and documentation.
  • Support data entry, reporting, and document tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing purchase requests, invoices, and basic documentation.
  • Support HR or operations administration when required.
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of records.
3. Operations Supervisor / Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and workforce activities.
  • Allocate manpower and monitor attendance and performance.
  • Ensure production targets and schedules are met.
  • Enforce safety rules, work procedures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor equipment, materials, and workflow to avoid disruptions.
  • Report production issues, delays, or quality concerns.
  • Coach, train, and guide team members.
  • Prepare daily reports and operational updates.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
