  • Prepare deliveries as per instructions.
  • Generate reports and schedules for shipments.
  • Handle all shipping documents.
  • Arrange for crating services as required.

Job Summary

A Logistics coordinator could arrange delivery lead time and logistics with good service quality.

Job Responsibilities
  • Arranges the company’s logistical requirements for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Coordination with the Company’s Operations and Warehouse Team on the arrival of goods to the company
  • Prepare deliveries (Local / Overseas) according to instructions given by the Company/customers.
  • Prepare reports and schedules of daily incoming shipments to the Company
  • Prepare all shipping documents, including Delivery Orders, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.
  • Arrange for Crating Services as required by the Company
  • Able to work in office at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
People Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma fresh graduates, Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management graduates, or SPM with 2 years related experiences.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service in order management, or purchasing experience.
  • Experience in logistics or 3PL industries is preferred.
  • Logistics in manufacturing/automation industries will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, BC.
  • Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Can start working in Jan 2026 will be an added advantage.
