Responsibilities

• Oversee LMW-related documentation, including duty and tax exemption applications.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics for stock movement.
• Liaise with teams to coordinate and monitor shipments.
• Ensure customs clearance procedures are compliant.
• Conduct audits and assist with external customs inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs Act and regulations.
• Manage compliance for the AEO program for import/export.
• Oversee daily activities ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Prepare logistics performance reports and analyze data.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by Management.
