Are you ready to drive safe, efficient, and seamless logistics operations for offshore and onshore activities?

TotalEnergies EP Malaysia is seeking a proactive and detail ‑ oriented Logistics Base Coordinator (Miri) to strengthen our Supply Base operations in Sarawak. This role is essential in ensuring safe, timely, and cost ‑ effective logistics support across marine, air, and land transportation activities.

Activities

Your Impact

As the Logistics Base Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted logistics operations that support our offshore and onshore teams. You will:

  • Supervise daily supply base activities, including cargo handling, vessel movements, and transport coordination.
  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics across road, sea, and air.
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, regulatory requirements, and international logistics standards.
  • Coordinate personnel movement via marine vessels and helicopters, ensuring safety, manifest accuracy, and operational readiness.
  • Oversee marine and port activities, including vessel inspections, bunkering operations, and fluid/dry bulk transfers.
  • Manage equipment allocation, certification, and readiness of lifting equipment and cargo carrying units.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and continuous improvement across logistics operations.
Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics or related field.
  • 1–5 years of oil and gas logistics or supply base experience (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong understanding of marine, aviation, and land logistics operations.
  • Familiar with customs clearance, vessel scheduling, and cargo handling.
  • Knowledge of HSSE, dangerous goods rules, and port/aviation requirements.
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in fast ‑ paced operational environments.
