Job description

To assist in daily logistics operations including inventory management, stock movement, delivery coordination, and ensuring efficient supply chain processes to meet customer and organizational needs. And, to ensuring the smooth flow of goods from warehouse to consumer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor daily order processing, packing, and last-mile deliveries for B2C customers.
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. (Especially for NDD orders)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Handle delivery-related issues such as delays, failed deliveries/handover.
  • Monitoring return status from warehouse to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to provide delivery status, tracking details, and order fulfilment support.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update stock records by weekly basic.
  • Participate in stock counts, audits, and reporting as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team as required.
Requirements
