Job summary

A logistics and manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified candidate to support logistics operations, including SAP management and shipment preparation. Candidates should have strong Excel skills and be able to work independently under pressure. This role offers a salary range of RM2200 to RM3000 and benefits including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS coverage. Working hours are Monday to Saturday with Sundays and public holidays off.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing materials/purchasing environment preferred.
• Experience coordinating and facilitating corrective action on material administration issues.
• Capable of supporting Logistic Manager on operations activities.

Responsibilities

• Create inbound in SAP and WMS for new shipment received.
• Goods Issuance for outbound.
• Prepare shipment documents and track orders for timely deliveries.

Skills

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Interest in APEX and SAP

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in manufacturing materials/purchasing environment preferred.

• Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills such as Excel reporting; and have interest in APEX and SAP-generating reports.

• Experience coordinating and/or facilitate corrective action on material administration issues.

• Experience assisting in development and/or enhancements of processes and procedures.

• Ability to adhere to and promote all department and corporate policies and procedures.

• Capable of supporting Logistic Manager on operations activities, tracking of goods movements and generating report for presentation.

• Self-motivated with proven ability to operate under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility

About the role:

• Create inbound in SAP and WMS for new shipment received.

• Goods Issuance for out bound.

• Creation of purchase order of various types.

• Shipment clearance.

• Preparing shipment document.

• Tracking order to ensure timely deliveries.

• And other supply chain function.

Operation hour

• Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

• Saturday: 9:00AM - 1:00PM
