Chery Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistic Supervisor to oversee and coordinate logistics operations including storage, distribution, and transportation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily logistics processes, ensuring cost efficiency, safety, and operational excellence, while leading a team to achieve departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day logistics operations covering transportation, storage, and distribution.
• Establish and manage logistics systems related to safety, technology, cost, production, and equipment.
• Develop and implement departmental business plans aligned with company strategies.
• Monitor and control logistics expenses in accordance with budget and operational goals.
• Manage and optimize workflow processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
• Lead and guide team members to achieve operational targets, providing training, monitoring, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve communication, coordination, and process efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities in logistics processes to reduce costs and enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations or warehouse management.
• Strong understanding of logistics safety, technology, cost control, and equipment system management.
• Knowledgeable in personnel management, financial budgeting, and logistics storage and distribution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong ability to monitor and guide team performance, motivate employees, and build high‑performing teams.
• Proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
