Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics by notifying customers of container/truck requirements, booking vessels/flights/trucks, and liaising with forwarding agents and authorities for necessary documentation (e.g., FTA, COO, Heat Treatment).
• Prepare and share all shipping documents, including AOC (CIPL), with customers and external parties, and ensure timely updates on outbound shipment movements.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams for loading and stuffing prioritization, manage disposal material loading, and respond promptly to customer logistics inquiries.
• Monitor team performance by completing training plans, preparing KPI and scorecard reports, and working closely with other departments to achieve company objectives.
• Handle urgent work requirements beyond normal hours when necessary and undertake additional related tasks as assigned.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Education required – Diploma or Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or with similar field of studies.
• Experience required- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar job functions for Diploma Holder and at least 2-3 years of experience in similar job functions for Degree Holder.
• License/Certification required- Any certifications that considered relevant to the job is preferrable.
• Other skills required- Ability to show attention to detail, Good command in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
