Job description

As a Logistic Assistant at SF TECHLOGIS SDN BHD, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's warehousing, storage and distribution operations. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor and offers an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and growing logistics organisation.

What you will be doing
  • Assisting with the coordination and implementation of logistics processes
  • Receiving, processing and tracking inventory movements
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities
  • Collaborating with the relevant team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the optimisation of logistics operations
  • Prepare shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, bills of lading (BL), commercial invoices, and customs clearance papers.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth cargo release.
  • Track shipment status and proactively update customers or internal departments on progress.
