  • Ensure patient files and medical documentation are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Assist with the upkeep, selection, and control of medical equipment and supplies when required.
  • Serve as a staging point for medical evacuations when a patient’s condition requires care beyond on‑site capabilities, coordinating such transfers in collaboration with 24‑hour alarm centers.
  • Deliver treatment for non‑emergency medical cases in line with International SOS protocols, with physician guidance from alarm centers when additional expertise is required.
  • Oversee the management and administration of medical services, including initial audits of equipment and medications.
  • Manage medical equipment and supplies, ensuring timely resupply of consumables.
  • Implement site health plans and preventive medicine initiatives as necessary.
