[Localisation] Project Assistant (Temporary 1 Year Contract)

□ Salary : RM 4,000(negotiable) * EPF, EIS, SOSCO Included

□ Job type : Contract, fixed term

* 1-year contract position with no possibility of renewal

□ Contract Period : Preferably February ~ January 2027

* The start date of employment is negotiable upon discussion

□ Working hours : 08:30 ~ 17:30 / Mon – Fri

□ Nationality : Malaysian

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between the consulting agency and Korean food exporters/Malaysian or Singaporean importers, monitor progress, coordinate schedules for food import regulation reports, and collect necessary documents.
  • Manage communication with local importers regarding inquiries, and translate public notices into both the local language and English.
  • Research import food regulations and issues related to food products and produce in Malaysia in local language and English.
  • Plan promotional strategies targeting local buyers and manage tasks such as monitoring project progress.
  • Assistance with administrative tasks and general office duties.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Extra credits for the Chinese or Korean speakers for evaluation
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative jobs
  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in equivalent fields
  • Driver’s license and Computer literacy related license (Extra credit)
  • Meticulous, detailed, well organized with numerically proficient
  • Good communication and negotiation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Time management and teamwork skills
  • Resourceful and self-driven
  • Proactive with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office program (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
