A financial services company located in Johor, Batu Pahat, seeks a Loan Documentation & Credit Operations Officer. The role involves preparing loan documents, ensuring compliance, conducting borrower interviews, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should possess at least a Diploma, with proficiency in Mandarin to engage effectively with clients. This position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for career advancement. Immediate availability is preferred.
To prepare loan documents and ensuring compliance with all approved terms and conditions;
To perform loan disbursements and ensuring accuracy of data in the loan system;
To ensure all loan documents are duly executed, witnessed and in order
To attend and liaise with loan borrowers/guarantors on related matters
To assist and coordinate in stamping/signing of legal documents and processing loan disbursements
Assist in promoting the company’s loan products and services
To perform necessary data entry for all Loan Applications, ensuring its accuracy in the respective loan systems
To assist in credit and loan processing
Gathering required documents for loan applications and performing assessments on allocated files
Preparing applications including filling up application forms and relevant required documents
Provide excellent communication and an exemplary level of service to the customer
To attend customer’s enquiries and follow up
To conduct applicant interviews and update details accordingly in the system.
Interview and explain the loan process as per company policy
Explain instalment amounts, interest rates, and other costs.
Responsible for data entry and credit analysis of customers’ application
Perform incoming and outgoing phone calls to assist with loan applications as needed.
Adhere to performance standards in processing turnaround time and accuracy requirement
Deliver quality services to all customers by adopting a systematic and consistent approach in line with the company’s policies standards operating procedure
Assist in preparing manual computations of loan instalments /schedules for customers if required
Assist in managing and organizing all credit documentation.
Organize, develop and maintain a proper filing system to ensure the confidentiality of all protected information.
Assist in preparing and checking loan documentation for the disbursement process
Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office and business operations activities.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and 1 to 2 years of experience in the related field is more advantage
Relevant working experience in credit operation and loan documentation and disbursement will be advantage.
Computer literates such as Excel and Microsoft Office application
Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Good working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and work independentlywith minimum supervision
Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
A result-oriented person and able to work under pressure
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
