Job summary

A leading technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Livestream Operations Trainer/Assistant. The role involves organizing live broadcasts using OBS Studio, monitoring real-time data, and providing feedback to improve content quality. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in livestream operations and a diploma in any field. Good knowledge of skincare and beauty products is preferred. The position requires English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, and the ability to work on a rotational shift basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Livestream operations or as a Live Host.
• Experience with E-Commerce platforms like TikTok or Shopee is a plus.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and on a rotational shift basis.

• Organize and ensure live broadcast processes run smoothly using OBS Studio.
• Monitor real-time data during broadcasts and make adjustments as needed.

Livestream Operations (Trainer/Assistant)

Organize and ensure the live broadcast process using OBS Studio (Open Broadcaster Software) runs smoothly to completion.

Responsible for monitoring the real-time data panel, decision making adjustment during the broadcast, making a data analysis and review after the live broadcast.

Research and design concept related to live stream display for campaign/ event/ sales (text/ color/ layout) promotional materials.

Support marketing content, backgrounds, stickers, GIFs & design price and printing materials.

Provide feedback and collaborate with other functional departments, remake and edit video when needed, offering suggestions to improve content quality or compliance.

Analyze user feedback and video performance metrics to identify potential improvements in content policies and moderation strategies.

Train, supervise, and schedule live streaming hosts according to their available time slots, rescheduling as needed.

Collaborate closely with live streaming hosts, monitor, and understand live stream performance using insights and analytics across various work shifts.

Implement standardized guidelines and procedures to track and monitor the adherence and performance of live streaming hosts.

Stay updated on skincare and beauty product trends in the market and be resourceful in identifying potential resellers.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year with relevant experience, such as Livestream operations, Live Host.

Having E-Commerce / TikTok / Shopee live stream operation working experience would be a plus point

Possess minimum education level Diploma in any field
