Requirements

• Strong passion for social media and content creation – Highly interested in livestreaming, e‑commerce content, and short‑form video production. Comfortable on camera with strong presence, confidence, and natural expression.
• Livestream hosting experience – Minimum 1–2 years of livestream hosting experience, familiar with the full livestream flow including opening, product introduction, audience engagement, sales push, and closing.
• Language & communication skills – Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to host livestreams primarily in English, with Mandarin as a supporting language, in a clear, fluent, and engaging manner.
• Short‑video editing skills – Able to perform basic short‑form video editing, capable of simple editing for short videos (cuts, captions, basic effects).
• Sales & conversion mindset – Possesses solid sales awareness and conversion skills, capable of guiding viewers toward purchase through professional product explanation and interactive engagement.
• Skincare knowledge & learning mindset – Basic understanding of skincare and beauty products, with strong willingness to continuously learn and translate professional information into easy‑to‑understand content.
• Content & traffic sensitivity – Keeps up with fashion, beauty, and content trends. Sensitive to performance data, traffic behavior, and audience preferences.
• Content planning & personal IP growth ambition – Able to independently or collaboratively plan and execute livestream and short‑video content based on brand positioning and goals. Aspires to grow long‑term in the skincare field and build a sustainable personal brand together with ROSYFOXY.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a personal creator IP aligned with the ROSYFOXY brand.
• Engage actively with viewers during livestreams to create a positive, energetic, and interactive atmosphere.
• Recommend products using a “real experience + professional explanation” approach, clearly and accurately presenting product features and benefits while addressing audience questions.
• Analyze livestream performance data and adjust strategies to continuously improve results.
• Collaborate closely with team members to plan and execute livestream campaigns and activities.
• Develop short‑video concepts, scripts, content structures and video edit.
• Interact with followers through livestream platforms to build and maintain strong fan relationships.
• Complete other livestream‑related tasks assigned by the company.
