Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle a diverse range of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and other dispute resolution forums.
• Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned advice on litigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, senior partners, and external parties to ensure timely and effective case management.
• Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be called to the Bar and hold a valid practicing certificate.
• 1–3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
