  • Perform monthly servicing according to schedule.
  • Service lifts and escalators as per maintenance schedule.
  • Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Cooperate with the technical team for relevant updates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

  • Perform monthly servicing according to company checklist and schedule.
  • Service lifts and escalators assigned, following the planned maintenance schedule.
  • Follow all company field procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share relevant field information across departments.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations or updates.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and end-users.
