Are you a skilled AS/400 COBOL Developer with deep experience in Life Asia or Life400 insurance platforms? We’re looking for someone just like you to join our growing team and work on mission-critical insurance system projects!

🔍 What You'll Do:

• Enhance and maintain Life Asia/Life400 systems
• Code in COBOL, RPG/RPGLE, SQL on AS/400
• Collaborate with business & tech teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Support key projects like IFRS17, FATCA, and digital transformation
• Provide UAT, SIT support, and guide junior developers
• 7+ years in insurance system development (Life Asia or Life400)
• Strong in COBOL, RPG, SQL, DB2
• Good grasp of insurance ops: Policy, Claims, Commission, Finance
• Experience with regulatory systems (e.g., IFRS17, AML)
• Great problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Agile methodology exposure
• Digital tools integration (e.g., POS, Mobile Apps, EDI)
• Experience with Sharia/Conventional product split
