Licensed Aircraft Engineer – Multiple Roles Available

Aeronas Aerocraft Sdn Bhd is seeking experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our team in Senai, Johor. As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the airworthiness and safe operation of our fleet of aircraft. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression and development within our growing organisation.

We are hiring experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our growing aircraft program. Multiple vacancies exist across Quality, Structural, and Systems/Avionics engineering. This is an opportunity to contribute to prototype development and early manufacturing of a next-generation aircraft program.

Available Roles & Focus Areas

• Quality Engineer (B1 preferred) – Oversee product quality and conformity to design and regulatory standards. Support production inspections, audits, and process improvements.
• Lead Aircraft Engineer – Structures (B1 compulsory) – Lead structural engineering for prototype and production aircraft. Review drawings, manage configuration control, and support structural testing. Provide guidance to technicians and junior engineers.
• Lead Aircraft Engineer – Systems & Avionics (B2 compulsory) – Lead systems and avionics integration. Manage configuration, testing, and documentation.

Key Requirements (All Roles)

• Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B1 and/or B2 as applicable)
• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering field
• 5+ years experience in aircraft design, maintenance, or production support
• Strong technical knowledge and documentation skills
• Experience with FAA, EASA, or CAAM standards preferred
