    Role & Responsibilities:

    • As part of the Global Litigation and Investigations Team, the Operations Specialist will provide dedicated operations support to the Center of Excellence.

    Duties may include some of all of the following:

    • Review and work on legal cases through a case management system and route to correct workstream.
    • Retrieve and prepare correspondence package (cover letter, invoices, etc.) to be sent to an issuer (private, state, or federal enforcement bodies) in accordance/ compliance with applicable privacy laws and Amex procedures.
    • Perform other work-related duties as required.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Bachelors in Law is highly preferred.
    • 0-2 years of professional experience.
    • Articulate and fluent (Strong written and oral communication skills) in English.
    • Agility, analytical, and result driven (navigate & extract information from a variety of databases and information platforms).
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • Collaborative mindset and high personal accountability.
    • Detail oriented/ problem solving capabilities.
    • Effective prioritization and time management skills.
    • High integrity.
