Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Legal Consultant to manage contracts and oversee legal disputes. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of legal experience in a corporate environment. About the Job

Responsible for end-to-end management of all contracts and legal documents, from initial drafting and comprehensive review to complex negotiation, guaranteeing legal validity and effective risk control across the organization. Drive the management of legal disputes (litigation, arbitration, etc.), working closely with external law firms to develop strategies that achieve the best outcomes for the Group. Act as the primary internal consultant for legal risk and compliance, conducting due diligence for acquisitions or other significant transactions, updating internal policies, and ensuring the Group operates in strict accordance with all regulatory and statutory obligations. Provide legal guidance to senior management and different departments, facilitating effective business operations and proactively educating staff on key legal and contractual requirements.
