A law firm in Penang is seeking a Legal Clerk and Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner. The role involves handling all conveyancing matters to completion, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and providing full administrative support to the Managing Partner. Successful candidates should have 2-3 years of conveyancing experience and proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Corresponding, attending and communicating with developers, bankers, and various government agencies

Personal Assistant to Managing Partner - Butterworth & Jelutong Penang

Preferable experience in conveyancing matter

Provide full PA support to MP and administrative duties on daily basis

Assist the MP in the timely management of communication & correspondence

Ensure follow up on outstanding matters with staff, stakeholders, clients that require answer, response, and written replies

Undertake any other duties assigned by MP from time to time, including and not limited to finance and marketing matter

Proficient in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
