Job Description

Handle general contract inquiries and assist cross and lateral teams with general questions regarding contract language, acceptable revisions, legal implications etc.

Review and negotiate contract and agreement changes requested by internal teams, vendors, and any internal customers to ensure that contract activities are in full compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.

Perform due diligence review and oversight for new (and existing) third-party contractual services, including document coordination and analysis, including anti bribery and corruption and information security management.

Contract management and other document tracking.

Act as the central integration point for a variety of company stakeholders in the contracting process, arbitration, reviewing legal decisions and authorising legal binding articles and tribunal pleadings/written submissions.

Draft letters, emails, and other correspondence; acting as the legal liaison to any third party(ies).

Participate in the due diligence process as it relates to lease documents both for acquisitions and dispositions.

Maintain hard copy and electronic Master Agreement & Contract files. Ensuring relevant documentation accompany contracts, and maintaining digital and hard copies of relevant documentation. Archive the files together with the Contract Cover Page.

Collaborating with all departments across the board to ensure contracts' compliance.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, mathematics, accounting or economics, master's degree preferred.

2+ years related experience.

Proficient knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts.

ERP experience preferred.

Proficient with MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent reading and comprehension skills.

Proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies.
