A leading property management firm is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves developing leasing strategies to optimise occupancy, attracting new tenants, and managing lease negotiations. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in commercial property leasing, especially in office and retail sectors. Develop and execute leasing strategies to optimise occupancy levels and rental returns. Identify, attract, and secure new tenants while maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants. Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and revisions in line with market conditions and company objectives. Coordinate with relevant authorities on operational matters including permits, licences, insurance, safety, and security requirements. Work closely with marketing teams to promote vacant units and enhance property visibility. Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and competing properties to support informed leasing decisions. Liaise with property management and legal teams to ensure compliance and smooth leasing operations. Prepare regular leasing performance reports and updates for management review.
