Develop and execute leasing strategies to optimise occupancy levels and rental returns. Identify, attract, and secure new tenants while maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants. Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and revisions in line with market conditions and company objectives. Coordinate with relevant authorities on operational matters including permits, licences, insurance, safety, and security requirements. Work closely with marketing teams to promote vacant units and enhance property visibility. Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and competing properties to support informed leasing decisions. Liaise with property management and legal teams to ensure compliance and smooth leasing operations. Prepare regular leasing performance reports and updates for management review.
