• Conduct market research to understand demand and develop feasible leasing plans for commercial and retail assets.
• Implement strategic initiatives to achieve defined leasing targets and occupancy goals.
• Source high-quality tenants in strict alignment with established tenant-mix planning.
• Build and maintain rapport with tenants, stakeholders, agents, and key business partners.
• Liaise with relevant authorities regarding permits, insurance, and licenses for property operations, maintenance, security, and safety.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote vacant units and enhance property visibility.
• Oversee the negotiation and execution of lease agreements and contracts, ensuring full adherence to legal and company standards.
• Prepare regular leasing reports and performance analytics for management review.
• Develop leasing budgets and revenue forecasts while managing expense controls to optimize overall financial performance.

Skills and experience required

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in commercial leasing
• Retail/Office experience is preferred.
