RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Manage the full leasing cycle: prospecting, negotiations, tenancy agreements, and renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to strengthen tenant mix and asset positioning.
  • Negotiate and execute lease agreements in compliance with legal standards.
  • Prepare leasing reports, budgets, and revenue forecasts, while implementing cost controls.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable functions: monitor rental collections, reconcile tenant accounts, issue reminders, and ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate with Finance to track outstanding balances, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate billing records.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in retail leasing, mall management, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and tenant billing cycles.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
