  • Familiar with the relevant laws and common practices in the rental and leasing industry.
  • Able to perform daily operation tasks such as paperwork, formal written and oral communication, and tenant relations.
  • Tenant sourcing to boost occupancy or upgrade existing tenant mix.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of rental and leasing and property management.
  • At least Diploma in Real Estate related syllabus, such as Property Management, Property Development and Leasing.
  • Familiar with ERP systems, preferably MHW.
  • Familiar with Microsoft, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Self-driven and initiative.
  • Communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
