Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Support Officer to join our remote team. In this administrative role, you will oversee new tenant applications and manage property handovers from previous agencies. You’ll ensure all leasing documentation and system processes are completed with precision and in full compliance with internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
New Applications: Follow up with applicants post-inspection, collect documents, perform reference checks, and coordinate approvals.
Lease Agreements: Prepare, issue, and upload lease agreements according to approved details and internal protocols.
Management Handovers: Liaise with previous agents to obtain and upload key tenancy documents; communicate with tenants during onboarding.
Client Communication: Maintain professional communication via email, SMS, and internal systems.
Compliance: Follow all procedures outlined in the Crossub Leasing Handbook without deviation.
Requirements
Proven administrative experience in real estate, leasing, or property management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Familiarity with NSW Residential Tenancy Law (preferred but not required).

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sydney time (AEST/AEDT)
