• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, while also explaining lease terms and conditions to tenants.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining positive tenant relations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Market available properties through online listings, social media, and other advertising channels to attract qualified prospective tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Negotiate lease terms, including rental rates and lease durations, to maximize property revenue while remaining competitive within the local market.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including applications, leases, and tenant communications, using property management software to ensure efficient and organized operations.
