About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning & Development Team Lead, Human Resources based in our KL Eco City office, this full-time position will play a crucial role in developing and implementing impactful training programmes to support the growth and development of our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes that address the evolving skill gaps and learning needs of our workforce.
  • Develop and curate engaging training content, utilising a variety of delivery methods such as workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  • Coordinate the logistics and administration of training initiatives, including scheduling, venue management, and participant registration.
  • Gather and analyse training data to measure the effectiveness of programmes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to help employees reach their full potential.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance our programmes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a learning and development or training role, ideally within the human resources or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programmes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
