Qualifications

• Technical expertise in PCB Assembly process, SMT, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Factory Supervisors in daily operations focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Manage resources and drive staff performance through engagement and training.
• Ensure compliance with customer and company standards, driving a culture of excellence.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and LEAN projects.
• Provide solutions to complex manufacturing issues and develop contingency plans.
