Responsibilities

• Manage total production operations and provide technical support.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001/IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards.
• Monitor staff discipline and work standardization through audits.
• Maintain workplace 5S standards and ensure a clean environment.
• Manage and ensure shipment quantities are met.
• Implement preventative maintenance for equipment.
• Optimize yield, output, quality, and delivery with minimized costs.
