Job summary

A manufacturing company located in Malaysia is seeking a qualified individual with a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the EMS - PCBA manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Lean Management, ISO QMS 9001, and be able to interface with various teams. Responsibilities include training production employees, developing SOPs, and improving production processes. Fluent Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in EMS - PCBA Manufacturing industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with product engineer on new product NPI stage for process set up.
• Develop and prepare WI & SOP for relevant process stations.
• Improve line balancing to obtain best production output.
• Provide training on process stations to production employees.
• Implement productivity and safety improvements in the working environment.
• Interface with production on new process implementation.

Skills

Knowledge of Lean Management

Ability to interface with program management

Advanced knowledge of machines and tools

Ability to design and understand technical plans

Knowledge of ISO QMS 9001 management

Ability to converse in Mandarin

Good knowledge in capacity and productivity

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
