About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leader to join our team at MARINA BUSINESS HOLDINGS. As the Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the operations of our manufacturing and logistics divisions based in J&T Express Kuala Ketil, Kedah. This full-time position is integral to the success of our business, and we are looking for a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and managing a team of production, warehousing, and delivery personnel
• Ensuring the efficient and timely completion of all manufacturing, storage, and distribution tasks
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to optimise workflows and address any issues or bottlenecks
• Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to develop their skills and capabilities
• Collaborating with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the operations division

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (1+ years) in a supervisory or team leadership role within a manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, logistics, and supply chain management
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools to track and report on key metrics
