Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday data conversion or enterprise data migration projects.
• Strong understanding of Workday data structures.
• Familiarity with legacy HRIS, Payroll, and Financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the data conversion workstream for Workday projects.
• Collaborate with teams to manage data extraction and transformation.
• Provide hands-on support during cutover and post-go-live validation.
