Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge in Pre Assembly area like Wafer Thinning, Laser Grooving, Mechanical Dicing, and AOI.
• Good understanding of design of experiments.

Responsibilities

• Document development results according to Preassembly development guidelines.
• Drive harmonization of Preassembly processes.
• Characterize unit processes and their impact on overall processes.
• Develop sample builds and manage lot disposition.
• Collaborate with suppliers for tooling and materials verification.
