Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building and M&E projects.
• Experience in swimming pool construction, new bungalows, and/or live project sites.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to monitor and manage quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural, structural and M&E works in accordance with contract specifications.
• Work closely with contractors to ensure quality, timely delivery and cost control.
• Facilitate communication between project management and contractors.
