The role focuses on driving Cybersecurity initiatives, especially in implementing Zero Trust security strategies. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, strong leadership capabilities, and familiarity with Identity Management and Cloud Security practices. Associate Director, Security Architect will report into the Head of Information Security Architecture and Risk Assessment. He/She is expected to drive security guardrails, design patterns, reference architecture and solutioning partnerships with division architects, solution designers and app teams.

Make an Impact by:

• Drive execution of Cyber Zero Trust initiatives in Identity, Cloud and Network Domains.
• Build Threat Models, Security Reference Architectures and Design Patterns.
• Drive solution reviews and signoffs for technology and cyber PDM and Demand projects.
• Develop Zero Trust security architecture strategy execution across Singtel IT and Enterprise.
• Manage development of complex technical security solutions and alignment with multiple stakeholders with given budget.
• Front difficult Zero Trust discussions domains with Singtel IT, Group Enterprise Architects and Enterprise business.
• Lead execution of information security initiatives related to Zero trust for both Singtel IT and Enterprise Business.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' experience with strong exposure in Cybersecurity area.
• Strong leadership experience in managing a team is required.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management Architecture, Cloud Security, Threat Modelling and Zero Trust Security Architecture will be added advantage for the role.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies are a plus.
• Strong Stakeholder Management with the ability to multitask and manage multiple complex project security engagements simultaneously.
