The Local Services team is building an ecosystem where consumers can discover, book, and pay for services such as haircuts, nail treatments, spas, and aesthetics, seamlessly integrated into the Grab experience. This initiative sits at the intersection of multiple Grab domains, Payments, Geo, Ads, and Merchant, and plays a strategic role in Grab's vision to deepen engagement beyond food and transport.
As the Lead Product Manager for Local Services, you will be the founding PM driving this new product from zero to one. You will define the strategy, shape the roadmap, and oversee the end-to-end experience, from merchant onboarding and credit packages to consumer discovery and checkout flows. You will report to the Senior Product Management Leader, and work fully on-site in our Petaling Jaya office.
